Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KolorPages ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control. You may print coloring pages for personal or educational use (e.g., at home, in classrooms, or in similar settings).

Intellectual Property

The coloring page artwork, app design, icons, and all other creative content within the App are the intellectual property of KolorPages and its licensors. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the coloring page artwork
• Use coloring page artwork in commercial products or services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

Permitted Use

You are free to:

• Print coloring pages for personal or educational use
• Share printed coloring pages with family, friends, and students
• Use the App on multiple personal devices

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KolorPages and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
